A local trial to test and refine the Back to School model
The pilot will involve one secondary school (Thetford Academy) and follow a simple process:

School promotes the project to pupils and parents

Donation days held at end of the summer term

Uniform sorted and prepared by volunteers

Items listed on a simple online shop to reserve

Families collect items at a “Back to School” event
